Cancellation and Return Policy
Fixdermateen.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our Cancellation and Return Policy to take care of you hassles.
Cancellation before shipment:
Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or completely by speaking with our help desk at or online. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded to you. The amount will reflect in your Teen Wallet account in 7-10 business days.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our help desk at and do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.

Order was damaged when receivedWe take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities, however, due to situations beyond our control, the products might get damaged during shipment. We would be more happy to replace your order under such circumstance.
We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it and share the image of the damaged products on firstname.lastname@example.org
Incorrect items receivedWe are proud of the robustness of our fulfilment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive the items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. We will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest. You can inform us at our customer support numberor write us at email@example.com
We will reimburse the actual shipping cost incurred by you or Rs 100 (whichever is less) for such orders returned by you.
You can also simply return the products if you change your mind after receiving the products and don’t want to keep them. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. In addition, we will charge Rs. 50 per returned order as handling charges.
We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcode intact.
We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
NOTE:• Unfortunately, there are no exchanges or returns for sale items or otherwise stated in special offers.
• Refund or exchange will not process in case the product is found used or unsealed.
We will be happy to refund or credit your Fix Derma Teen account/wallet for the full amount of the purchase (as per our return policy).
